1. Attract energy from the right source , from the source of all the energy in this universe , from God. Strengthen your faith with prayers, with peace and submission.
2. Sit in a place were there are no distractions, close your eyes , En-hale and Exhale, focus only on the air the goes in and that comes out , relax let go of all that is bothering you......meditate.
3. There is no place in this universe that does not have nature. whether its the desert or forest its all nature. Sit with nature and communicate your harmony.
4. And the last and powerful positive energy; LOVE. When you send love energy to a person , before reaching that person the energy doubles as it reaches that person its bigger and much more profound. Love is energy that is beyond your imaginations. The more groups or teams who love each other the bigger and greater the energy . A beautiful message or e-mail with positive words, and sitting with positive friends are some examples of communicating love energy.
