How to stop Procrastinating... few steps to help you

  • Check out how long you waste your time sitting in front of a television or just lying down. You will be surprised to note that most of the time you might be doing that.
  • Set some goals for completing things and also give some time for unexpected things.
  • Divide a task over a week, month or several hours.
  • Get started. Doing something is always good than doing nothing.
  • The reward that lies ahead may not be enough to motivate you now. Reward yourself with a break, a movie or some kind of treat as you progress.
  • Stay focused on what you do. Be confident that you can do it.
  • The most important thing, now stop reading this article and just get on with it.
